BARCELONA DEFENDER JORDI ALBA ATTRACTING INTEREST FROM JUVENTUS

According to a report by Spanish outlet Calciomercato, Jordi Alba is the subject of interest from Juventus over a possible move in the 2023 summer transfer window. The veteran Spanish defender might leave Barcelona next year after falling down the pecking order at the Spotify Camp Nou. Jordi Alba spent most of his formative years at Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy. The Spaniard then grew in stature as a professional footballer at Valencia CF before rejoining Barcelona over a decade ago. Alba has come leaps and bounds since then, establishing himself as one of the club’s all-time greats.

According to a report by Italian Gazzetta dello Sport, there is a new twist in the tale in the transfer saga involving Memphis Depay this summer. The Old Lady were on the end of a 2-1 defeat at the hands of hosts Napoli thus making it two successive league defeats for the immediate past Serie A champions.

Real Madrid midfielder Isco Alčaron is reportedly no longer a wanted man at the Spanish La Liga giants and the player already knows that his time at the club is over and he needs to start looking for an exit route.

Juventus are in talks to sign AC Milan goalkeeper Gianlugi Donnaruma who will become a free agent this summer according to widespread reports in the Italian media and the signing of the highly rated Italian international could prompt Szczesny to leave the Old Lady for regular first team football.

JUVENTUS COULD LOSE TWO STARS THIS SUMMER

Italian Serie A giants Juventus could lose two key players in the summer as they both continue to be linked with exits away from the club. Midfielder Aaron Ramsey and attacker Paulo Dybala have both been linked with transfer moves away from the Old Lady, and even though manager Andrea Pirlo Insists he would like to keep the duo, keeping them at the club beyond this summer may be beyond him.

Dybala reportedly almost joined Manchester United last summer but a deal fell through after the player declined the offer and chose to remain in Italy instead. Since then, however, he has still not been able to cement himself as a starter for the first team, causing rumors to continue to linger about him possibly sealing a move away from Juve.
